Sunday Weddings and Celebrations

I have asked people if they would want their ceremony to be held on a Sunday. Most say they wouldn't because they want their friends and family to fully celebrate the occasion. The concern here, of course, is that Monday is a work and school day which allows no recovery time!

So I wondered, do we have to be out of our minds and out of control to "fully celebrate" marriage?

Isn't the Super Bowl held on a Sunday? Can it be that wedding excitement tops the biggest football game of the year?  Maybe so!

To all you sober couples out there, I recommend a Sunday ceremony. Enjoy the day with all senses awake and alive!
